Return and Refunds

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received by customer.
  • Customer needs to send an image of the damaged product and a description of the damage along with Order No. from their E-mail id (which was used to place the order) at notebuddie@gmail.com.
  • The exchange procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive all the information as mentioned above and the customer will be informed by email.
  • We will deliver the customer exactly the same product which have been received as damaged by the customer. The customer cannot ask for a change in design or type of product.
  • T shirt Size – It is best advised to kindly check our T-shirt size chart before placing the order. We provide exchange only 1 time per order. The process for exchange is as under:
  1. Write us an email at notebuddie@gmail.com mentioning the size you received and the size you want along with your order no. and design of T-shirt.
  2. You will receive a response within 2 business days from us regarding the address of return.
  3. We don’t have reverse pickup facility yet. You shall pack the product and deliver it to the address sent by us through any nearby courier agency. The cost of shipping shall be borne by you.
  4. Once we receive the product at our facility, we shall inform you the same and dispatch the fresh product as per your required size with no additional costs.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier company like:

  • No Pincode or Incorrect Pincode.
  • Wrong house number, street number , etc.,

the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed  Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 

Cancellations – In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
